Vulnerable Schedule

You can only consider sleep as ‘healthy’ if it lasts for an interval of 7-9 hours. And in order to achieve this, you must make a strict and rigid timetable. Vulnerable schedules often make you skip your important snooze and utilize that time in doing something else. Make sure to go to bed at the same time every day. Make it your habit.

Lights

Of course, you cannot sleep with a 10000 Watt bulb shinning right in front of your eyes. For absolute sleep, perfect lighting is very important. It not only sets your mood but also is good for dreams. Lower the intensity of light, higher is the change of healthy sleep.
If you are bound to sleep with lights on just out a sleeping mask and you’re all set to go.
