Forgiving is a very essential part of moving on. If you’ll keep sticking to things, the situation will only get worse. Learn to let go of things that are hurting you. Remembering those will make you annoyed and angry. You need to understand that no one is perfect. You too have made a lot of blunders in your past life. We all make mistakes so it is totally fine to forgive and forget. So, learn to move on.
Cherish Your Present
Whatever that has happened in past is gone. You cannot change it. So stop wasting your time, energy and emotions regretting about it. You need to embrace your present. Focus on enjoying the present. Keep yourself busy by going on a trip or try to learn new skills. Meditate, exercise, do whatever you want to. It’s your life so enjoy it.
